Bio is in opmars. En dat is een goede zaak. Veel van onze leveranciers zijn de afgelopen jaren al overgestapt naar biologische wijnbouw. Zij gebruiken bijvoorbeeld geen synthetische bestrijdingsmiddelen meer. Dat is niet per se beter voor de smaak van de wijn, maar wel voor het milieu.
